The Dragonfly Band had a blast recording their music with the help of Travis’s friend, Andres. They learned about microphones, recording software, and got real studio experience. The Dragonflies also made toothpick structures during RED this week!
We also had fun on the playground when it wasn’t raining this week. We designed beautiful wooden photo holders using beads, paint, mosaic tiles, colored pencils, and washi tape. We also constructed impressive icosahedrons out of paper plates. At the cast party for “A Zoo Askew” Crickets and Dragonflies won costume and prop pieces in a raffle, and Adam won the giraffe! We rummaged around in a box of forgotten prizes and found the perfect disguise. Can you tell who we are behind those crazy glasses? Some of us played Mysterium, one of our favorite games to play when we’re not running around outside!
