This week the dragonflies took a special trip and we walked to the Starbucks in Washington Square where everyone got hot chocolate. We had a huge game of Follow The Leader, that challenged everyone to different obstacles on the playground outdoors. Also to get in the holiday spirit we made scary snowman one day this week, with mixed media and collaging.
We had an egg drop contest where kids were given supplies to wrap around an egg to protect it and then we dropped them down a flight of stairs to see who’s survived. There were points given for creativity, design, size and if/how well the egg survived.
