Happy Friday! We have reached the final week of Mashed Potato March and to celebrate that momentous occasion, we made this week an extra special one. We started off combined with the Crickets and making some mini museums. On Tuesday, we turned into scientists and dissected frogs to learn about the inner workings of their bodies. Wednesday was Party Day! After the kids got back from working hard at play practice we popped popcorn and got to watching a few episodes of our favorite show. This Thursday saw another ending, it was the final day of clubs for the year. Potato Head Club ended with a giant game of Mashed Potato Mayhem, an exciting combination of messy backyard, capture the flag, and dodgeball. The STEAM club used their last day to compare different ways to marble paper. The Dflies decided water and ink was the best way but shaving cream and food coloring is the most fun! We ended our week with an arcade challenge in the computer lab and spending most of our day enjoying the beautiful weather!
