Baseball, Swinging on the Swings, and Playing games

May 31, 2016
  • Honeybees enjoyed various outdoor activities throughout this warm week including baseball, swinging on the swings and playing games on the structures. Honeybees also enjoyed a variety of art projects getting ready for the warm summer weather including cray pas flowers. The Honeybees have been loving the warm weather and been spending much of their afternoons outside. This week we even took some of our art projects outside! The kids enjoyed making keychains out of gimp and bracelets out of popsicle sticks. Games on the field such as soccer and spud have been popular as well. Kids have been finding lots of inchworms lately and this week they started building bug houses out of Lincoln logs and things found in nature. We have also been having lots of fun with bubbles on the playground!
