We had a great start to the new month with the honeybees this week. On Monday, we started our first week of clubs. In construction club, the kids did a scavenger hunt and made boats out of popsicle sticks. In post office club, the children wrote letters to friends and loved ones and sent them in the mail. In library club, the children made their own library cards and learned how to organize books alphabetically. Although it is getting dark out earlier now, we are still able to have lots of fun with indoor active games. This week, we played bowling in the hallways, Gaga in the multi and a game of soccer with the crickets in the gym. We also had some fun art activities like friendship chains, clay mushrooms and fabric painting. Looking forward to a great rest of the month!
